  • We provide a fast, high quality, and cost effective safety valve, manual valve and control valve maintenances and test services.
  • We are able to service various type of valve with different class such as gate valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, globe valve, check valve, needle valve, plug valve, control valve, gear and actuator. Class from ANSI 150 to 2500, Size from 1/2" to 40".
  • We offer refurbishment and maintenance services of the highest expertise and quality, together with the full resources of our in-house.
  • On-site repair with Mobile Field Machining and in-line portable machining equipment.
  • Every valves we repair conforms 100% tested to international standard. Manual Valve – API 598, Pressure Relief Valve – API 527, Control Valve – ANSI B16.104.
  • Beside adequate manpower for the valve service team, we have special equipment, which are portable grinders that can brought to service valves on site and save lot of downtime.


Instrument Calibrations

  • We are doing various instrumentation equipments such as Pressure, Temperature, d/p cell Transmitter, Control valve, Temperature, Pressure safety valve, Pressure switch.
  • Both serve our customers on-site and lab calibration.
  • Our calibrators cover range from 1mmH2O to 350 bar for pressure and ambient to 1200 C for temperature.


Pump Overhaul and modification

  • Very long experience to provide pump services, repair, and overhaul.
  • The only Sundyne-Teir 1 certified workshop in Thailand.
  • Sundyne gearbox mechanical running tester.
  • An only exclusively authorized service workshop for all Nikkiso Pumps in Thailand.
